As an LCSW-S, I provide guidance, perspective, and support as develop your professional identity, clinical acumen, and practice skills as a clinical social worker. Supervision methods may include processing of your clinical work, case presentations, role play, and experiential exercises through individual supervision or a combination of group and individual supervision.
Candidates for LMSW positions at Daylight Therapy Group must:
- have graduate or post-graduate clinical experience in agency settings, including treatment centers or hospitals
- be committed to developing a specialty in at least one of the following: complex PTSD, eating disorders, co-occurring physical and mental health issues, EMDR, or attachment theory
- be willing to work with adolescent and adult clients
- live and practice from an anti-racist, affirming framework
- have excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and high integrity
