I’m Allison. I’m a psychotherapist specializing in working with people with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I also help people build resilience to shame, which is that intensely painful feeling that we are unworthy of love and belonging. Our work together will help you move from perfectionism, comparison, and shame to resilience, authenticity, and living with your whole heart.
Healing, growing, and changing take fortitude and grit; and every person who says “yes” to that call for courage deserves to feel safe, supported, and seen.
“My growth exceeds beyond what my imagination could dream and hope for mentally, emotionally, and in my sense of self. Without Allison’s gift to help clients help themselves, I would not have progressed as far as I have.” - Laura
"Allison truly changed my life. I have never felt so much compassion and care. I know I am a better person having worked with her." - Ryan
