I am a board-approved supervisor by the Texas Department of State Health Services for the provision of clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) seeking the Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) designation.
As a clinical supervisor, my goal is to provide a space where the supervisee can feel safe enough to do the thorough self-examination needed to become a solid clinical social worker. I provide guidance, perspective, and support as you engage in opportunities to develop your professional identity, knowledge, and skills as a clinical social worker. Methods used include feedback and processing of your clinical work, case presentations, role playing, and experiential exercises in individual or in a combination of group and individual supervision.
